Before we get into the list, let me post a disclaimer acknowledging that the term “healthy snack” is up for debate. If you are committed to certain diet plans such as Whole 30, Paleo, Atkins, etc., some of these may not work for your plan. 3 bananas (ripe and mashed), 1/3 cup applesauce, 1 tbsp vanilla, 2 cups quick oats, 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes (depending on size, but until brown on the edges). Without flour and without added sugar! Sneak these in for lunch! I pinned it the other day, but here’s the recipe – A mashed banana, 6 tbsp peanut or cashew nuts (or whatever) natural nut butter, 2 tbsp almond butter, 1 tsp cinnamon, snow into parchment lined pan, press crosswise with a fork, top with a sprinkle of raw sugar (optional).
